Prime-Grade Marbling: Less
than 6-8% of Canadian beef makes Prime. Ours routinely does.

Full Vertical Integration: From
calving to cutting, we do it all in-house.

Premium Genetics: Angus/Hereford
& Wagyu cross for unmatched flavor and tenderness.
