A $250 deposit secures your half beef.
After the deposit is paid, we’ll contact you to walk through your cut sheet by phone.
Your deposit will be applied to the total, and the balance is due on the final invoice once processing is complete.


What You Take Home

  • You’ll be taking home about 55–60% of the carcass weight
  • That’s roughly 260 lbs of finished, freezer-ready beef
  • Actual yield depends on how you choose to have your beef cut and packaged

What’s Included

  • Cut to your preferences: Choose your steak thickness, roast sizes, mix of ground beef, stew beef, etc.
  • Dry-aged 21 days : For enhanced tenderness and beef flavour

Timing

  • Typical turnaround time is approximately 21 - 30 days + shipping
  • Orders can align with your preferred shipping date - just book ahead to fit your freezer space.

How Pricing Works

  • $7.50/lb × Carcass Weight ► Head off, hide off, hooves off, guts out.
  • Example: Half of a 900 lb carcass = 450 lbs:

                           450 lbs × $7.50/lb = $3,375
